Michele Hedderman, MSN, APRN, CNP, is a seasoned healthcare professional with over two decades of experience in outpatient care, specializing in chronic disease management. She has held key roles at Columbus Inpatient Care, Columbus Cardiology Consultants, and The Heart Group, where she excelled in patient care, clinical assessments, and diagnosis. Michele is passionate about patient education, focusing on conditions such as CHF, CAD, HTN, and lipid disorders. A Kent State University alumna and Sigma Theta Tau member, she has also contributed to healthcare education and research.
